Fresh Garlic: Global
Farms is supplying the national markets with highest quality garlic on
a year-round basis. Depending on the season, we provide our customers
with garlic from California, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and China. All
grades and packing sizes whether its bulk in 10#, 15# or 30# boxes or
individual packs are shipped according to our customer’s instructions
Organic Garlic: As a member of the California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF), Global Farms is offering a 3 peace, 6 ounce 100% organic California grown garlic nicely packed in a box for distribution nationwide.
Peeled Garlic: Our
fresh peeled garlic is produced from the finest Late California Garlic
with the highest standards and a state-of-the-art technology. Every lot
is closely monitored to obtain the best possible result.
Ginger: This is a tangy spice
most commonly used in baking and in flavoring foods and beverages.
Ginger comes from the “rhizome” of the ginger plant and is mostly grown
in China, Hawaii, Brazil, Thailand and some in the Central American
countries. Oil of ginger is used in making perfumes and as a medicine
for certain ailments, including stomachache and toothache.
Shallots: Shallot is one of
the main items used for seasoning of the cooked foods. The entire plant
is edible, including its leaves, stem and naturally the bulb. European
shallot is the most accepted shallot in the market. However, due to its
seasonal nature, Chinese, American and Canadian shallots have a
sizeable share of the market. We supply our customers with either fresh
or peeled shallots year-round.
Elephant Garlic: Although
elephant garlic is NOT truly garlic, its shape, clove size and its mild
flavor has given its own unique place in many of recipes. This member
of the “Leek” family is mostly grown in the U.S., Chile, Holland and
Garlic Braid: Whether it is
for purely decorative use or consumption, our braids are made of
freshest possible and the nicest looking garlic bulbs during the early
harvest season. Garlic braids come in different sizes and shapes. If
you have a specific shape or size in mind, please let us know during
the early harvest season (may to July) so that we can prepare them for
you while the crop is real fresh.
Fresh Chopped Garlic: In many instances our commercial customers require to serve their customers with fresh peeled but chopped garlic. Therefore, as an additional process to peeling, we chop the fresh peeled garlic and ship to our customers in the form of packaging they need. Our chopped garlic is freshly peeled with absolutely no additives i. e. water, oil or any kind of preservatives. The standard packing form is in sealed 40Lb. pail.
Pearl & Boiler Onion: Nicely packed in 3oz, 6oz, 10oz and 16oz for the retail markets. These are daily packed with clean fresh products.
Vacuum Sealed Products As a "Vacuum Central" We have heavily invested in one of the
largest vacuum packaging systems in the country. We can practically
vacuum pack any size or variety of fruit and vegetables. According to
Oil-Roasted Garlic Puree (Pulp):

roasting fresh, clean and washed peeled garlic cloves in canola-oil
with a sweet nutty flavor free from any objectionable odor or flavor.

3/8” or ¼” chunks of oil-roasted garlic provide the same quality of
odor and flavor as in the oil-roasted puree ideal for food topping.
it is garlic, onion or peppers, the caramelized flavor and delicious
taste of roasted vegetables add a pleasant aroma to the final food
products. Our dry-roasted products come in whole, diced, sliced or
puree according to your desired specifications.
